David Penedo is an information security leader with more than 20 years of experience across multiple cybersecurity domains and has served as CISO for several organizations in the banking sector. Since 2019, he has focused primarily on fighting cybercrime, developing fraud prevention strategies and driving the convergence of cybersecurity and fraud. In 2022, he was appointed Global Head of Fraud Prevention for Santander Group, where he leads the development of a modern and effective fraud prevention capability across the Group.
